this is a damn long post... but the good parts will be in the mid and ending =x okay okay... this is just a trick to make u read the whole thing... now the post...

well... yesterday is nothing special... except that i went out with some jss guys to have a gathering @ marina south...

oh well... marina south is closing down... it might be our last trip there... the sg govt is reclaiming the properties there...

woke up in the morning... trying to look for things i can do... in the end... i grind thru the time till near 5... den took a bath... and went to meet the guys which are leo zach boonkiat chinghern tienfung and ruibin... long time since i met most of them too... ahhas...

went straight to marina south... but was worried if the place is close as it was hari raya yesterday... oh yea... 23"04 was having their class gathering with ms ng there too... and we sat near each other... they made a booking of seats...

well... let's talk about the food part... we ate @ zheng fa huo hai xian... oh yea... we're a bunch of mad people =x washing our chopsticks in the boiling soup after touching the raw food or the butter... imagine =x and i drank a lot of that... but i got strong stomach =x

oh yea... i got mad... and took 2 mountains of chicken meat... chilli and black pepper... i love the black pepper 1... they are 'sweet'... and the black pepper taste is not too much... i just love meat that are not tampered with too much... natural tasting things are what i love the most... so meat with sesame oil are BEST for me =) some funny things we did b4 we left... ahhas... we are left me half a mountain of meat... so pour everything in the soup and 7 of us ran off =x muahahahaha...

we're a bunch of thirsty people... so went off to get some water @ nearby shop after tat... it's much more cheaper... and sadly... tat last and sad shop is operating till only this sunday... alright... here's some serious comments on Zheng Fa Huo Hai Xian...

Food: 3/5
- Raw -> Fresh, taste good after cooking by our chef, Zachary.
- Cooked -> Fried ones have a taste of the overused oil, YUCKS!~
- Dessert -> A killer, we all had multiple bowls of that.
- Satay -> Long queue, but managed to 'kope' some from the 2/3 people. Taste great, but the queue blocks the cooked food which made it hard for us to get the cooked food. Lousy placement.

Fresh live prawns (100 gram per person) and frozen crabs are provided according to number of customers. The live prawns are alive, surprisingly, as they are mostly dead during the pass visits. But, the frozen crabs are really frozen, and that is not a very nice thing to do, as frozen food have a bad frozen taste.

Service: 3/5
There was almost no service due to the large amount of customers. Their attitude was not that friendly too, considering how they just take us to the tables and left us there to do everything ourselves. That includes taking the soup to refill everything ourselves.

But because of that, we managed to do some 'illegal' things like wasting food.

Overall: 3/5
The price there rises to S$13 for adults, and unlike last time, they don't give you time to ask for discount. The people there are somewhat rude, considering how they respond to you. But what we enjoyed most was the company of one another. So, the trip was worth it as it is considered cheap against other restaurants like Seoul Garden with this wide variety of food. The only thing they lack is there are no ice-creams provided, which is really important considering the heat at that place.

after tat... we saw the ferry wheels and wanted to walk there... but the way is blocked... so in e end... we walked a round back to the start point... den walked to the MRT... along the way... stupid things happened... like boonkiat taking huge branches and walking... he really looked like a caveman =x ahhas... but stupid things are what makes thing fun...

oh yea... it's farnie... there are many indians on the train when we're on our way there and back... and it was farnie when zach said something like 'no worries, they'll leave @ outram park' cos it was really crowded with the huge no... ahhas... the funniest thing that happened today is that @ dover mrt station... boonkiat use his butt to knock into chinghern causing him to fall out to the platform of the mart station LOL...

ok... we reached JP... get ourselves a drink @ the new 7-11 and played pool... den leave around 11.30 when rubin had to rushed for bus 30 ahhas...

it's a fun day bah... i'm contented =)

that day was a project day for me... stupid ITAB 2 Frontpage... ahhas... but html is a fun thing =)

around 12 was supposed to meet with my grpmates elaine mich may laiteng... ahhas... den reached there like 15-30mins late... den ate tgt @ subway... after tat go my house... ahhas... what i remembered was that i was a slacker for the whole day =x but at least i cooked maggi mee for all except mich... and wash all the damn things =/ i'm gonna turn into a househusband... LOL...

den around 6... it was raining... den took may and mich to nearby busstop for 198... which was sheltered all the way from my block... altho the shelter was too tall to block the rained blew in by the wind... den after tat... took the other 2 girls to JP with my damn small umbrella... ouh yea... we took loops and loops to avoid the rain ahhas...

after tat... go to nearby carpark @ my house to find my dad... he was in the car with my sis... and we went off to boon lay market to eat... he did something farnie on our way... LOL... the van dun wanna move when it turns green... cos when turning... light turn green... u suppose to move in front a bit so it'll take less time for u to turn... so my dad cut in =/ so paiseh =x

had dinner @ hong kong street... hmmm... the bill was 13.60 if i'm not wrong... ahhas... my brain is good @ remembering not impt things =x den after tat treat my sis to some honeydew and i had some papaya... oh... i said something den papaya... and my dad thought i was calling him... after tat... went home =)

tat day... went to school for some cscc related meeting... den ate @ fc3 with the peeps... after tat went to FC4 to meet my ITAB 2 grpmates except may... den around 2 went off to the mrt...

tat day was stupid... i went to VIVO to see see look look... cos liping was working there first day... and in e end... i spent my time @ the arcade... bid farewell... and went off to somerset...

coincidently... i saw yuentuck.cousin and just a few ppl behind him... it was phyllis and hongming... OMG lor... like so qiao see them there... den phyllis was going to meet her mom... so went to somerset with them... den me and hongming went to eat wanton mee @ Heeren... ahhas... den b4 tat went to see window shop a lil...

after tat... eat liao i have to go... went back to somerset mrt again... LOL... den hongming dun want leave yet... and jermaine on his way... so he waited @ the mrt... he like keep going the mrt station LOL...

went off to meet huaa @ raffles... sorry i was late =/ and went back to JP... ouh yea... b4 i 4get... Alvin and the Chipmunks is a nice show... xD i love theodore... lol... his history was... he fell down from the tree at birth... so he's a little bit more 'simple' and 'laughable'... jealous of his simplicity xD and the way he ask to slp tgt =x curious about slping tgt? WATCH IT NOW!~

ok... den after tat... send huaa home... den went home le... thereafter... i 4get what i did...

These are just my own opinions, so please do not 'flame' me.

Life is a strange thing, with many methods of making oneself happy and unhappy. I had found a way to keep myself happy, and that is to be contented with what I have.

Many of you might think that being contented is impossible as humans are mostly greedy, and not contented with their lives.

But, that is why being contented can make one happy, because you managed to give up your greediness for something more important, your happiness.

I am contented with what I have now, my family, my friends and most importantly, my precious life which many has failed to keep. Because, if you are able to love yourself and care for yourself, then you can love others and care for others.

Whatever the case, everybody should search for their own ways to attain their own happiness, and my method might just be for you. So, try it now.
